Duties required performing:
- There should require enough communication skills to communicate effectively.
- The applicant must have proper internal and external customer service skills.
- There should be improve in patient care & also improve in personal safety.
- And also get the proper evaluation of staff performance.
- Resolves conflict which arises and assist to coping up with stressful situations with great presence of mind.
- Give assurance to all the personnel, within the unit, receive required or needy training.
- & take Part in team conferences, discharge planning, interdisciplinary conferences, in-services, and staff meetings to improve patient outcomes.
- The applicant must be a graduate of professional nursing approved by the Responsible State-accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following body completed by the applicant: The National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
- And there should be enough experience as per required for the job as prescribed.
- The applicant must be well known or fluent in spoken and written English.
