Sonam Kapoor is an Indian film actress. She was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, at June 1985. Anil Kapoor and Sunita are her parents. She is the eldest of her sister Rhea Kapoor and brother Harshvardhan.
The beauty Babs can speak English, Hindi, Punjabi and Marathi and is a trained classical dancer. She went to school in Mumbai at the Arya Vidya Mandir School in Juhu. After then she enrolled in the United World College of South East Asia to do her International Baccalaureate. She also studied Political Science and Economics from Bombay University.

But the film was failed to the box office. Her performance in Saawariya is too good and nice. In 2007 her next film with Abhishek Bachchan. Her first film fare award is in Saawariya the best female debut.
