The recipe came to be as chicken breast fillet 2 pounds, lemon juice 2 tbsp, olive oil 2 tbsp, caju spice mix ¼ cup, salt 300gm, pepper 1 tbsp, onion powder 1 tbsp, paprika 1 tbsp, mix of black and white pepper 1 tbsp, garlic powder 1 tbsp, dried basil 1 tsp, chili powder1 tsp, thyme ¼ tsp, mustard ¼ tsp, cloves 1/8 tsp, 500gm yogurt and mint leaves chopped 1/3 cup these are the ingredients needed to have the kebabs prepared.

The procedure is as under the slice the chicken Brest fillets into bite size cubes then combine and whisk lemon juice caju spice and oil in a small bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill chicken for 5 to 8 minutes each side until edges are brown and then to prepare yogurt mix yogurt with mint leaves with salt and pepper and mix well then serve the chicken with the yogurt and parathas. The kebabs gets ready by three hours and twenty minutes and the cooking time taken wile in the hotel is fifteen minutes.
